Accurate and is easy to use. I used to be able to keep track of my heart rate status with notes but the latest update took that easy to see notes in the list away. So I dropped one star.

Most excellent app. Love it.
UPDATE: STILL TRYING TO MAKE ME GO PREMIUM ON AN APP I PAID FOR. Still disgusted. Feel cheated and contemplating getting a refund from Apple. Such a waste. Thanks for ripping me off. Ill just buy a heart rate monitor from Walgreens. At least it wont try to get me to subscribe after I pay for it. Slimey. I am so tired of having to make purchases for this app to get the maximum usage out of it! I paid for the app for $1.99, THEN I bought the stand-up test for $3.99, NOW it is asking for a subscription?!? Are you kidding me? They took away the graph feature and now if you want to use it you have to subscribe! Ill admit that their customer service is prompt and courteous but that is it. Im looking for another app that isnt so money hungry now. I already paid you, I shouldnt have to keep paying you for the app when it was initially free and I upgraded to "premium". What does my upgrade cover that the free version doesnt? Bad move guys. Bad. Move. Could not be anymore displeased with a company than I am right now and I originally left a 5 star rating. I feel cheated.
Love this app. Ive turned a few family members onto it for one reason or the other. I like with Premium I can email results to me & take to dr office if wanted. I havent had the misfortune MARKM0722 has even with Premium other than if you say remind me later re: rating app, itll do just that until you rate it. I will double check monthly vs yearly subscription as I too signed up for yearly. I dont like monthlys. I havent noticed being billed monthly but I am behind on reconciling. Still 5 stars today as with the last few years!
Seems to work fairly well.
Love this app. Its great!
This used to be a great app until the login nag screen started popping up EVERY time I open the app! No, I dont want you to "Remind Me Later" I want you to turn this off! Now me and many others will give your competition a chance to impress us.
Nice
Youre not going to believe this. I just found three apps, released just this year that can do EXACTLY what your app can do (well, the one useful thing that it does anyway). And guess what else? These apps are just as accurate, polished, and easy to use as your app. Except, well, there is one minor difference... Each of the developers (I.e., your competitors) added this nifty feature that lets you pay to remove the ads. You pay . . . and the ads go away. One even comes without ads. Now I remember you guys had something like this a while back ago. Maybe you still do, I cant tell since it disappeared after I have you my money. But it was weird, there must have been a software bug somewhere or something, because the ads didnt stop. Instead they doubled. Or maybe I was confused. I know in some situations no is supposed to mean yes, maybe that was the case here. Eh well, this shouldnt be a problem for you. After all, youve got the "Stand-up Test"! Which I know from your ads has a value of $12 a month or $30 a year for the rest of my life. And that picture of the tiny little guy sitting in the tiny little chair? Priceless. I mean really, who can touch that?
Very helpful and handy!
I do not want an account and I dont want to see "remind me later" every time I use the app. I dont want to link it to social media. This was a 4.5-star app until recently, and I paid for the ad-free version because I liked it so much. I feel disrespected now; if you need a new business model, fine, but dont force it on existing paid customers. I have switched to a wearable heart monitor as a result.
Update: this app is one of a suite of apps, all 3 of which I paid for. Rather then rewarding me for continually buying their new apps, Argus has now decided to go to a monthly fee for their "premium" version of the app. When I purchased this app, I thought I was done paying. Now the vendor wants me to pay every month, forever. No thank you. Update, just had physical, app measures very close to nurse and docs measurements. Update. Works great on iPhone 5 too. This app does what it claims to do. I use an iPhone 4S, so it has a built-in light for the camera. I suspect earlier versions of the iPhone may work best in bright light. If you have a flash on your phone you should be fine, and my experience has been very accurate readings. Kudos to the developers. For $.99, this is an easy purchase.
I just got ripped off. I opted to pay for the $2.99 version of this app because the description said it included the Stand Up Test as a main feature. It does not. You have to pay an additional monthly/annual fee to get this benefit. It was listed as a main feature, not as something you get when you upgrade to premium. The description for this app needs to be fixed immediately. Shame on you for false advertising.
Great app for keeping up with your heart rate. I use it when exercising and through out day.
Awesome. Comes in very handy.
Con: Why should I have to login just use a heart rate monitor? In my opinion that should nnot be necessary and its rather inconvenient. Pro: it works exactly the way it should after you log them.
This app does what it says it will do and does so accurately. I checked it for accuracy against an EKG machine at my cardiologists office and it was spot on. When I showed it to my doctor he was very impressed, as was I. It is a great tool for recording heart rate. I highly recommend it.
God forbid you dont log in. If youre running and want just to pull out the app and get a quick measurement, you have to navigate through a couple of screens. Annoying. If you get it all ready then want to get a measurement even 15 seconds later, you get a prompt for how to use the app. Again, annoying if youre not a first time user. This app was better before all of this dreck was added.
Paid for the app a while back to support its nice, simple, clean UI. Made the mistake of "upgrading" to social media bloatware. All I want is to be able to do quick heart rate measurements and not be bombarded with demands to log in via Facebook. Wish I could revert back to the former version.
