Love It - And Pretty Accurate As Well

I have been using it for a while to keep track of my heart rate at various points in the day. I even occasionally use it at the doctors office to see how it fairs against a heart monitor that we know to be accurate. Its usually right on par with what the pulse-ox meter says.

I think the reason is because they both work on the same principle: shine light through the finger and measure the fingers diffusion of that light.
